We will only provide digital receipt which will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

• Standard orders will be processed within 3-5 business days and shipped when ready
• Custom items (eg. Organic Balms, Crayons, Giftpacks) are processed within 8-10 business days and shipped when ready
• Orders containing pre-order/custom items will be shipped together when all items arrive. Pre-order may take up to 4 weeks to complete

• Courier with tracking (medium & large items): Delivery typically take 2-3 days from dispatch date. No delivery on Sundays.

RETURNS

• Contact our Customer Service via email to make your request for return
• Goods must be returned in its original packaging
• Returns are not applicable for Sale, Handmade, or Customized items
• For return/exchange of defective item/s, please provide photos to clearly show manufacturing defects
• For return/exchange of non-defective item/s, a return processing fee of $8 applies. In addition, customers will bear the return shipping fees of $10
